Extensive Experience In Human Resources Management: A Sr. Manager, People Services At Docusign Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Human Resources Functions, Including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation And Benefits, And Performance Management.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Hr Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Other Departments And Senior Leadership. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Developing High-Performing Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Practices: The Sr. Manager, People Services Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Current Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Best Practices In Areas Such As Diversity And Inclusion, Employee Engagement, And Talent Management.
