As a Sr. Field & Demand Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving demand and supporting our field sales teams. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketer who is passionate about creating impactful campaigns and driving pipeline growth.   1. Develop and implement field marketing strategies and campaigns to support sales objectives and drive demand for DocuSign's digital transaction management and eSignature solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and demand generation, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  3. Create and manage a robust event calendar, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  4. Utilize various marketing tactics, such as email, social media, webinars, and content marketing, to drive engagement and generate leads.
  5. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Develop and manage a budget for field marketing activities, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary marketing support, including collateral, presentations, and targeted campaigns.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize and adapt global campaigns for the regional market.
  10. Represent DocuSign at industry events and conferences, networking with key stakeholders and promoting the brand and solutions.
  11. Train and educate the field sales team on marketing initiatives, messaging, and value propositions.
  12. Continuously monitor and optimize the lead management process to ensure a seamless handover from marketing to sales, and track lead progression through the sales funnel.
  13. Stay informed on the latest marketing technologies and tools and make recommendations for their implementation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for DocuSign, promoting our mission and values in all interactions with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Field And Demand Marketing, Preferably In The Technology Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Demand Generation Strategies And Tactics, Including Lead Generation, Marketing Automation, And Campaign Management

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Marketing Campaigns And Generating High-Quality Leads

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Manage External Vendors And Agencies.
