- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for DocuSign, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within the sales and marketing teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring their success in reaching revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on key initiatives and ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform GTM strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure buy-in and support for GTM initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making and make adjustments to GTM strategy as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in GTM strategy and operations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for DocuSign, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Extensive Experience In Go-To-Market Strategy: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Executing Go-To-Market Strategies In A Fast-Paced Technology Company. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Market Trends And Customer Needs, And The Ability To Translate Them Into Actionable Strategies.
Strong Analytical And Operational Skills: A Sr Director In This Role Should Have Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Identify Key Insights To Inform Business Decisions. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Efficient Operational Processes To Drive Business Growth And Scale.
Leadership And Team Management: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills With The Ability To Build And Manage High-Performing Teams. They Should Have Experience In Coaching And Developing Team Members, Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment, And Driving Team Success.
Proven Track Record In Sales And Marketing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Sales And Marketing Principles, With A Track Record Of Delivering Successful Sales And Marketing Strategies To Drive Revenue Growth.
