We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Sr Director of GTM Strategy & Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategy, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring the success of our sales and marketing teams.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for DocuSign, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness within the sales and marketing teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring their success in reaching revenue and growth targets.
  4. Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on key initiatives and ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.
  6. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform GTM strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure buy-in and support for GTM initiatives.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, using data to drive decision-making and make adjustments to GTM strategy as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in GTM strategy and operations.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for DocuSign, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

  • Extensive Experience In Go-To-Market Strategy: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Executing Go-To-Market Strategies In A Fast-Paced Technology Company. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Market Trends And Customer Needs, And The Ability To Translate Them Into Actionable Strategies.

They Should Have Experience In Coaching And Developing Team Members, Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment, And Driving Team Success.

  • Proven Track Record In Sales And Marketing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Sales And Marketing Principles, With A Track Record Of Delivering Successful Sales And Marketing Strategies To Drive Revenue Growth. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Managing Cross-Functional Partnerships To Support Business Objectives.
