- Develop and execute a comprehensive global performance marketing strategy for DocuSign, including identifying key performance indicators, setting goals, and creating action plans to achieve them
- Lead a team of performance marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success and growth within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to align performance marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply them to our performance marketing strategies and tactics
- Manage and optimize a significant budget for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media partners and vendors to drive successful performance marketing campaigns
- Act as a subject matter expert on performance marketing, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Represent DocuSign at industry events and conferences, showcasing our performance marketing efforts and thought leadership in the space
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the performance marketing team, always seeking new and creative ways to achieve business goals and drive growth.
Extensive Experience In Performance Marketing: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Performance Marketing, Preferably In A Global Setting. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Performance Marketing Channels Such As Paid Search, Display Advertising, Social Media, And Affiliate Marketing.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Sr. Director, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Performance Marketers Across Different Regions. The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams.
Global Market Knowledge: As A Global Role, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Markets And Cultures, And How To Adapt Performance Marketing Strategies Accordingly. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Global Trends And Best Practices In The Performance Marketing Industry.
