  1. Lead the Sales, Partners, Success, and Finance departments in the development and execution of data product strategies to achieve company growth and success.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to define and prioritize data product features and enhancements.
  3. Utilize market research and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for new data products that will meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform data product strategy and positioning.
  5. Drive the development and delivery of data product roadmaps, timelines, and project plans.
  6. Ensure successful product launches and adoption by working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
  7. Monitor and analyze data product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize product success.
  8. Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and inform product decisions.
  9. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of data products and make data-driven recommendations for future enhancements.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data product management to continuously improve product offerings and drive innovation within the company.
  11. Mentor and guide team members in data product management best practices and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  12. Represent the company and its data products at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and establishing thought leadership in the market.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Data Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Data Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Data Products.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales And Partnership Strategies: The Sr. Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sales And Partnership Strategies In The Technology Industry, With A Focus On Data Products. This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Go-To-Market Plans And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Knowledge Of Success Metrics And Analytics: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Success Metrics And Analytics, With The Ability To Measure The Impact Of Data Products On Business Outcomes. This Includes Experience In Defining And Tracking Kpis, As Well As Using Data To Drive Decision Making.

  • Financial Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Concepts, Such As Budgeting, Forecasting, And Roi Analysis. This Is Important In Order To Effectively Manage The Financial Aspects Of Data Product Management, Including Budget Allocation And Resource Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Sr. Director Should Have Exceptional Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams. This Includes Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Data Product Managers And Effectively Communicating The Value Of Data Products To Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.
