- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with DocuSign products and services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, providing timely and proactive communication and support.
- Understand the needs and goals of each customer and develop strategies to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Monitor customer usage and adoption of DocuSign products and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Proactively address any customer concerns or issues and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DocuSign products and industry trends to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to customers.
- Regularly track and report on customer satisfaction metrics and work to continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in customer success and share insights and knowledge with the team.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, providing valuable feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Customer Success Or Account Management Role, Preferably In A Saas Or Technology Company.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems And Experience Using Salesforce Or Similar Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Customer Retention And Growth Through Strategic Account Management And Upselling/Cross-Selling Strategies.
Ability To Analyze Customer Data And Identify Trends Or Areas For Improvement, As Well As Develop And Execute Action Plans To Address Them.
