Job Description

We’re looking for a talented, experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join the DocuSign team and help us take our business systems to the next level. The ideal candidate will have the necessary technical and interpersonal skills to understand our business needs and develop solutions that will help us achieve our business objectives. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and understanding our business processes, systems and workflows, and providing recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate must have a passion for problem solving and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.To be successful in this role, you must have:• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business systems analysis• A degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Computer Science)• Advanced knowledge of business process design and workflow analysis• Experience with enterprise software development and implementation• Strong problem solving and analytical skills• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills• Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
