  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests.
  3. Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records.
  4. Coordinate and support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  6. Act as a gatekeeper, screening and redirecting calls, emails, and visitors as needed.
  7. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  8. Anticipate and proactively address potential issues and challenges, finding solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and maintained.
  10. Monitor and manage office budget and expenses.
  11. Train and mentor junior administrative staff.
  12. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to suggest ways to improve administrative processes.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude and represent the company in a positive light at all times.

Job Qualifications
