Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient software solutions for the company's products.
Streamline processes and improve developer productivity by identifying and implementing strategies and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
Write and execute test cases to ensure proper functioning and performance of software products.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
Continuously monitor and analyze software performance and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test engineering, automation, and developer productivity.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide status updates and identify any potential risks.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base.
Mentor and train team members on test engineering, automation, and developer productivity techniques.
Demonstrate a strong passion for creating cutting-edge software products and strive for continuous improvement.
Adhere to company coding standards, processes, and guidelines.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
Collaborate with product managers to understand user requirements and translate them into test cases.
Identify and report software defects and work with the development team to resolve them.

Job Qualifications

Strong Coding Skills: A Software Engineer, Test Engineering & Developer Productivity Role At Docusign Requires Proficiency In Coding Languages Such As Java, C++, Python, Or Ruby. Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Developing High-Quality, Maintainable Code And A Deep Understanding Of Software Development Principles.
Experience With Testing Frameworks: As A Test Engineer, The Candidate Should Have Experience With Testing Frameworks Such As Junit, Selenium, Or Appium. They Should Also Be Familiar With Different Types Of Testing, Including Unit, Integration, And End-To-End Testing.
Knowledge Of Software Development Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With A Variety Of Software Development Tools Such As Git, Jenkins, And Jira. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Continuous Integration And Deployment Processes.
