Develop and maintain software applications for the Lexion/Docusign platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features and improvements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products.
Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design and implement scalable and secure solutions that meet performance and reliability requirements.
Ensure code and feature quality through automated testing and continuous integration.
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and actively participate in team meetings.
Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
Follow best practices and coding standards to maintain a high level of code quality.
Adhere to project timelines and work within an Agile development environment.
Actively participate in the planning, estimation, and execution of projects.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Preferably In A Saas Or Cloud-Based Environment.
Experience Working With Document Management Or Electronic Signature Solutions, Such As Lexion Or Docusign.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Solutions.
