- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions that align with the company's overall business strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of document management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow and its integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Work closely with the product team to gather feedback and continuously improve the user experience of our ServiceNow solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
- Train and support end users on how to effectively use ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure that all ServiceNow solutions and integrations adhere to company security policies and procedures.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the overall performance and functionality of ServiceNow.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow to provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow development and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and expertise with team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow, Preferably In A Saas Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Principles And Experience Implementing Itsm Processes Using Servicenow.
Experience With Scripting And Coding Languages Such As Javascript, Html, And Css.
Servicenow Certifications, Such As Certified Implementation Specialist And/Or Certified System Administrator, Preferred.
