- Serve as a subject matter expert on DocuSign's products and services, ensuring a thorough understanding of their features and capabilities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, delivering high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and escalate issues as needed.
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the product and engineering teams.

- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support to customers when necessary.
