  1. Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout their journey with DocuSign.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and develop customized solutions.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of DocuSign.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert on electronic signature and digital transaction management solutions.
  5. Use industry knowledge and best practices to advise clients on how to optimize their use of DocuSign.
  6. Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation and adoption process.
  7. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any concerns.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the electronic signature and digital transaction management space.
  9. Contribute to the development and improvement of sales and implementation processes.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer retention and satisfaction.
  11. Provide training and support to junior team members.
  12. Represent DocuSign at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and solutions.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate our products and services.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of client information.
  15. Act as a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for DocuSign, promoting our values and culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Software Solution Sales: A Senior Solutions Consultant At Docusign Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Selling Software Solutions To Enterprise Clients. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Sales Process, Ability To Identify Client Needs, And A Strong Ability To Close Deals.

  • Expertise In Docusign Products And Services: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Docusign's Product Suite, Including Its Features, Functionalities, And Use Cases. They Should Also Be Able To Demonstrate How These Products Can Meet The Specific Needs Of Potential Clients.

  • Strong Technical Background: As A Senior Solutions Consultant, The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background And Be Comfortable Working With Complex Software Systems. This Includes Knowledge Of Apis, Integrations, And Other Technical Aspects Of Docusign's Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Role Of A Senior Solutions Consultant Involves Working Closely With Both Internal Teams And External Clients. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication And Presentation Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Convey Complex Ideas And Solutions.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Senior Solutions Consultant Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Proactively, Anticipating Potential Challenges And Offering Creative Solutions. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise During The Sales Process.
