We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Engineering to join our Contract Party Management team on a contract basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented engineers and drive the development and enhancement of our contract party management platform.   • Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and improve the contract party management platform at DocuSign.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define and execute the product roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the current and future needs of our customers and industry trends in contract management.
  • Set and communicate clear goals and expectations for the engineering team, and provide regular feedback and coaching to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Drive the technical direction and decision-making process for the contract party management platform, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy and goals.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Manage the hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes for the engineering team.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software engineering, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the team.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive overall company goals and contribute to the company's success.

  • Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Contract Management And Procurement Processes, Including Negotiation, Review, And Execution Of Complex Contracts.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers, Including Setting Clear Goals, Providing Guidance And Support, And Fostering A Positive And Collaborative Work Environment.

  • Extensive Technical Background In Software Engineering And Development, With A Deep Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Technologies.
