  1. Conduct financial analysis to support customer success initiatives and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies for customer success.
  3. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business objectives.
  4. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer success.
  7. Identify potential risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for mitigation or improvement.
  8. Support the development and tracking of customer success budgets and financial goals.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and customer success.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on financial matters for the customer success team and provide guidance and training as needed.
  11. Mentor and coach junior analysts to develop their skills and contribute to team success.
  12. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to develop pricing strategies and optimize profitability for customer success initiatives.
  13. Support the development and implementation of customer retention strategies.
  14. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  15. Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within the customer success finance function.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Customer Success Or Sales Support Role.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Modeling Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Financial Statements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
