  1. Develop and manage content strategy for DocuSign's enablement efforts, including training materials, product demos, sales pitches, and other relevant resources.
  2. Create and maintain a library of high-quality content that aligns with DocuSign's brand and messaging.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to inform content strategy and ensure its effectiveness.
  4. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to continuously improve and innovate content offerings.
  5. Oversee the creation and distribution of content across various channels, including web, email, social media, and events.
  6. Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure that all content is accurate, relevant, and timely.
  7. Train and coach team members on content creation best practices and ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all materials.
  8. Monitor and report on the performance of content, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies and freelancers, to create and localize content for global markets.
  10. Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices for content management, ensuring compliance and legal requirements are met.
  11. Identify opportunities for thought leadership and thoughtfully incorporate it into content strategy.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve content processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

They Should Also Have Experience Tailoring Content To Different Audiences, Including Sales Reps, Managers, And Executives.

  • Technical Proficiency: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Comfortable Working With Various Tools And Platforms For Content Creation And Management. This Includes Knowledge Of Learning Management Systems, Video Editing Software, And Other Relevant Tools.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
