  1. Develop and execute strategic partnership strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence.
  2. Identify and establish new strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing strategic partners.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify partnership opportunities and drive initiatives.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  6. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
  7. Monitor and track partnership performance and success metrics.
  8. Develop and manage partnership budgets and forecasts.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers to achieve goals and objectives.
  12. Develop and present reports and presentations to senior leadership on partnership performance and plans.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote strategic partnerships.
  14. Continuously assess and improve partnership strategies to drive business growth.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Extensive Experience In Building And Managing Strategic Partnerships: A Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Managing Partnerships With Key Stakeholders In The Industry.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Communicate With External Partners As Well As Internal Teams To Drive Mutually Beneficial Partnerships.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Industry: A Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Digital Technology Industry, Particularly In The Areas Of E-Signature, Document Management, And Cloud Computing.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Position Will Require Managing A Team Of Partnership Managers, Therefore Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are Necessary To Ensure The Success Of The Partnerships.

  • Business Development And Sales Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities To Expand Docusign's Partnerships And Revenue Streams.
