  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with DocuSign's services.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our platform.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and increase satisfaction levels.
  4. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by customers, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements that align with customer needs.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  7. Provide guidance and support to junior members of the Customer Success team.
  8. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  9. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of their DocuSign subscription.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for DocuSign, promoting our products and services and maintaining a positive image in the market.
  11. Actively seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing customers.
  12. Contribute to the development of customer success policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and efficient approach across the department.
  13. Represent the voice of the customer within the company, providing insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  14. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote DocuSign's customer success initiatives.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Customer Success Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Success Role, Preferably In A Saas Company. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Retaining High-Value Customers.

  • Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: A Senior Customer Success Account Manager Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written. They Should Be Able To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of The Docusign Platform And Be Able To Provide Technical Guidance And Support To Customers. They Should Also Have Experience With Crm And Support Tools To Effectively Manage Customer Accounts.

  • Proactive And Strategic Mindset: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Proactively Identify And Address Potential Customer Issues And Opportunities. They Should Also Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop And Execute Plans To Drive Customer Success And Retention.

  • Team Leadership And Collaboration: A Senior Customer Success Account Manager Should Have Experience Managing A Team And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment. They Should Be Able To Lead And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Common Goals And Drive Customer Success.
