DocuSign is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Risk Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our company's operations and data. As a Security Risk Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential security risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and implement security policies and procedures. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong background in risk management and a passion for staying ahead of the latest security threats.   1. Develop and implement company-wide security policies and procedures to mitigate potential risks.
  2. Identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities and work with cross-functional teams to address them.
  3. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing security measures and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and industry best practices to ensure the company's security protocols are robust and effective.
  5. Collaborate with various teams, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure all security policies and procedures are aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address any identified weaknesses.
  7. Train employees on security best practices and procedures to promote a culture of security awareness throughout the company.
  8. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure their security protocols meet company standards.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data security.
  10. Prepare and present reports on the company's security posture and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: A Security Risk Manager At Docusign Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Security Best Practices And Be Able To Implement Them Effectively To Protect The Company's Assets.

  • Experience In Risk Assessment And Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Identifying Potential Security Risks And Developing Strategies To Mitigate Them. This Includes Conducting Risk Assessments, Creating Risk Management Plans, And Implementing Security Controls.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Security Risk Manager, You Will Need To Work With Various Teams And Stakeholders To Implement Security Measures. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey The Importance Of Security And Gain Buy-In From Others. Leadership Skills Are Also Important To Lead Security Initiatives And Manage A Team.

  • Cybersecurity Certification(S): A Security Risk Manager Should Have Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Or Certified Information Security Manager (Cism). These Certifications Demonstrate A Deep Understanding Of Security Principles And Practices.

  • Experience With Compliance And Regulatory Requirements: Docusign Is A Global Company That Operates In Various Industries, Each With Its Own Set Of Compliance And Regulatory Requirements. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Ensuring Compliance With Relevant Regulations Such As Gdpr, Hipaa, And Pci-Dss.
