  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within the SMB market segment.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential SMB clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
  3. Identify new business opportunities within the SMB market and drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving and surpassing individual and team goals.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales and business development.
  6. Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends and competitors, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing regular updates to management on sales performance and opportunities.
  8. Develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of DocuSign's products and services.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for DocuSign, attending industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
  10. Mentor and train junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets and grow within the company.
  11. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures, identifying areas for optimization and making recommendations for improvement.
  12. Stay up-to-date on product features and updates, utilizing this knowledge to effectively position and sell DocuSign's offerings to SMB clients.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for clients.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new SMB clients.
  15. Travel to meet with potential and existing clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Smb Market Segment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team Of Sales Representatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Deep Understanding Of Smb Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape In The Digital Document Management Industry.
