- Proactively identify and research potential leads in the French market to build a strong pipeline for the sales team.
- Make initial contact with potential customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media, and effectively communicate the value of DocuSign's services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and requirements, and determine if they are a good fit for DocuSign's services.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team with potential customers to further develop relationships and drive business growth.
- Continuously monitor and track lead progress and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position DocuSign as a leader in the digital agreement space.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all interactions with potential customers in the company's CRM system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, sharing insights and best practices with fellow team members.
Fluency In French: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Sales Development Representative At Docusign Is Fluency In French. This Includes Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of French Culture.
