As a Renewals Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving customer retention and revenue growth.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for North American clients regarding their renewals and contracts.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to identify and address client needs and concerns.
  4. Proactively reach out to clients to discuss their renewal options and negotiate new contracts.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely renewal processes.
  6. Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any issues or inquiries.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and contract negotiations.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and continuously improve knowledge of DocuSign products and services.
  10. Meet or exceed renewal and revenue targets set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Docusign Products And Services: The Renewals Specialist I Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Docusign's Software And Services, Including Its Features, Pricing Structure, And Value Proposition.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Renewals Specialist, The Candidate Must Have Exceptional Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Internal Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Clearly Articulate Complex Information And Negotiate Contract Terms.

  • Experience In Sales Or Account Management: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record In Sales Or Account Management, With A Focus On Renewing Contracts And Driving Customer Retention. Familiarity With The Saas Industry Is Also Preferred.

  • Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills: The Renewals Specialist I Will Be Responsible For Managing A High Volume Of Contracts And Ensuring Accuracy In Contract Terms And Pricing. Therefore, Strong Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
