  1. Manage the renewal process for French and English speaking customers, including proactively reaching out to customers to ensure timely renewals.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns related to renewals, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, and product teams, to ensure a smooth and efficient renewal process.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and renewal status in the company's CRM system.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  6. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact the renewal process, working closely with internal teams to find solutions.
  7. Continuously improve and optimize the renewal process to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities and assist with the renewal of upsold products and services.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand image at all times.
