
Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales
We are looking for an experienced Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales to join our team at DocuSign. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious, energetic, and highly organized sales leader with a track record of success in sales and growth.The Regional Vice President will be responsible for leading the sales team to drive revenue growth in our enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and have a deep understanding of the sales process. We are seeking someone with a passion for technology who is eager to develop a team of top sales professionals.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role; proven track record of achieving sales goals; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; and a positive, can-do attitude.If you’re eager to make an impact in a growing organization and have the qualifications we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities of the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales include:
-Developing and executing a strategic plan to acquire new enterprise accounts and increase revenue growth -Leading, motivating and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals -Building and maintaining relationships with enterprise customers to ensure customer satisfaction -Conducting regular sales training sessions for the sales team to ensure they understand the sales process -Analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth -Monitoring customer feedback and implementing appropriate solutions -Creating and maintaining sales forecasts and budgets -Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share -Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them to maximize sales potential
