Welcome to DocuSign, the global leader in electronic signature technology. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as the Product Manager for Strategic Partner Apps. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our strategic partnerships with third-party applications, enabling our customers to seamlessly integrate DocuSign into their existing workflows. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and deliver an exceptional customer experience.   1. Develop and implement strategies to build and manage partnerships with third-party applications.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential partner applications that align with DocuSign's product vision.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize integration requirements.
  4. Manage the entire product lifecycle of third-party integrations, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
  5. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of integrations.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends related to strategic partner integrations.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including negotiating and managing contracts.
  8. Monitor and analyze the performance of partner integrations, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  9. Communicate updates and progress of strategic partner integrations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings related to strategic partner integrations, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy.
  11. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop messaging and collateral for partner integrations.
  12. Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience for customers using partner integrations.
  13. Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from customers and partners to improve the overall integration experience.
  14. Contribute to the overall product roadmap and vision of DocuSign, with a focus on strategic partner integrations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record In Developing And Managing Strategic Partnerships With Third-Party Apps.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Saas Business Model And Experience In Driving Revenue Growth Through Strategic Partnerships.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Negotiate And Influence Key Stakeholders Both Internally And Externally.
