As a key member of our Product team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, prioritize features, and drive product strategy to deliver best-in-class solutions.To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in product management, strong technical acumen, and excellent communication and leadership skills.   1. Develop and execute product strategy for DocuSign's strategic partner apps, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to identify market needs and prioritize features for integration and app development.
  3. Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for strategic partner apps, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  4. Conduct market and competitive research to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  5. Work closely with partners to understand their needs and pain points, and use this information to inform product development.
  6. Define and track key product metrics to assess the success and impact of strategic partner apps, and use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather feedback and align on product priorities and roadmap.
  8. Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and drive innovation.
  10. Mentor and coach junior product team members, and foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Strategic Partnerships And Experience In Developing And Managing Partner Relationships

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products, With A Focus On Driving Revenue Growth And Customer Satisfaction

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
