Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, innovative Product Manager - Commerce Platform to join our team at DocuSign. As a member of the Product team, you will be an integral part of executing our mission to transform the way businesses and individuals work.We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with a passion for driving innovation and making an impact. You should have a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, with proven success managing the end-to-end product development cycle of commerce platforms.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in product management. You should be a creative problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end product development cycle for DocuSign’s commerce platform.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and with the highest quality.
Develop product roadmaps and prioritize product initiatives.
Analyze customer feedback and product performance data to inform product decisions.
Research and stay up to date on trends and best practices in the e-commerce space.
Develop customer-centric product concepts and quickly build prototypes.
Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop product features.
Create product launch plans and manage the product launch.
Lead product performance reviews and adjust strategy as needed.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
