Product Consultant

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Consultant to join our team at DocuSign. The perfect candidate will be a strategic problem solver and creative thinker with a passion for helping customers achieve their desired outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for providing insights, guidance, and technical support to our customers as they explore and implement DocuSign solutions in their business.To be successful in this role, you must have:-A minimum of 5 years’ experience in consulting, business analysis, or a similar customer-facing role-A strong working knowledge of DocuSign products, services, and solutions-A solid understanding of the customer’s journey and the ability to develop actionable insights-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner-The ability to build relationships with customers and maintain a high degree of customer satisfactionIf you’re a motivated self-starter with a passion for helping customers and a proven track record of success, we’d love to hear from you.
