- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and post-sales process, providing expert guidance and support.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and gather customer requirements to develop comprehensive proposals and project plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure DocuSign remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on DocuSign's products and solutions, providing training and support to internal teams and clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including C-level executives, to drive business growth and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and enhance DocuSign's solutions and processes.
- Effectively communicate technical information and product updates to non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks during the sales process to ensure a smooth and successful implementation for clients.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote DocuSign's solutions and generate leads.

Strong Technical Background: A Principal Solution Consultant At Docusign Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Development, System Architecture, And Cloud Computing. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Solution Consulting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Solution Consulting, Preferably In The Software-As-A-Service Industry. This Experience Should Include Working With Enterprise Clients And Managing Complex Projects.
