  1. Develop and implement high-impact performance strategies in collaboration with company leaders.
  2. Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Partner with leaders to set performance goals and track progress towards achieving them.
  4. Provide performance coaching and support to team members to drive individual and team success.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  6. Identify and implement training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management to continuously improve our strategies.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on performance management and provide guidance and support to managers and leaders.
  10. Communicate performance goals and expectations effectively to all team members.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for performance initiatives.
  12. Identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges that may impact performance.
  13. Analyze and report on performance data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  14. Develop and maintain a positive and engaging work environment that fosters high performance and employee satisfaction.
  15. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with team members, customers, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Performance Management Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Performance Management Processes, Such As Goal-Setting, Performance Evaluation, And Feedback Mechanisms.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Performance Business Partner, You Will Be Responsible For Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Managers And Employees. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must.

  • Analytical Mindset: The Ability To Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Data Is Crucial For A Performance Business Partner To Identify Performance Trends And Provide Actionable Insights To Improve Employee Performance.

  • Experience With Hris And Performance Management Software: Knowledge Of Human Resources Information Systems (Hris) And Performance Management Software, Such As Bamboohr And Workday, Is Essential For Effectively Managing And Tracking Employee Performance.

  • Proven Experience In Performance Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Performance Management Role, With A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Performance Improvement Initiatives And Driving Business Results.
