- Assist with onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating paperwork, setting up benefits, and facilitating training.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, concerns, and requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute company events and activities.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas of improvement for employee retention.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our people operations processes.
- Provide timely and effective communication to employees regarding any policy or process changes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the recruitment and hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate evaluations.
- Assist with employee training and development programs to promote professional growth and career advancement.
- Handle employee relations issues and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the People Operations Manager.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Or People Operations Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Compliance.
Experience With Hris Systems, Such As Workday Or Adp, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
