As a Partner Integration Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our partners seamlessly integrate with our platform, allowing them to maximize the value they deliver to their customers. In this role, you will work closely with our partners to understand their needs and requirements, and provide guidance and support to ensure successful integration.   • Work closely with partners to understand their integration needs and requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to partners throughout the integration process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful integration of partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of DocuSign's platform and APIs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in API integrations
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of integrations to ensure accuracy and functionality
  • Train partners on how to effectively use and integrate with DocuSign's platform
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on partner integrations, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as a main point of contact for integration-related inquiries and support.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background And Experience In Software Integration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Software Integration Processes And Technologies, Such As Apis, Web Services, And Middleware. They Should Also Have Experience With Common Programming Languages And Frameworks, Such As Java, .Net, And Rest.

  • Knowledge Of Docusign Products And Services: The Partner Integration Consultant Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Docusign's Products And Services, Including Their Functionality And Capabilities. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Design And Implement Integrations That Meet The Specific Needs Of Docusign's Partners.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Partner Integration Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Integration Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create Project Plans, Manage Timelines, And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Partner Integration Consultant Requires Frequent Communication With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Other Teams Within Docusign And Partner Organizations. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With These Stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Abilities: Inevitably, There Will Be Challenges And Issues That Arise During The Integration Process. The Candidate Should Have Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Abilities To Identify And Resolve Issues Quickly And Efficiently. This Requires A Combination Of Technical Expertise, Critical Thinking, And Attention To Detail.
