- Develop and execute a partner go-to-market strategy to drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to foster collaboration and drive mutual success.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand the reach and impact of our partner program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and product to align partner strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize partner strategies.
- Drive operational efficiencies and performance within the partner program through effective management of resources, processes, and metrics.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient partner onboarding and enablement.
- Monitor and track partner performance and provide regular reporting to leadership on key metrics and KPIs.
- Lead and manage partner events, workshops, and training sessions to educate and engage partners on our products and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in partner management and operations to continuously improve and innovate our approach.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our partner program and network with potential partners.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure partner contracts and agreements are structured appropriately and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the partner program through soliciting feedback from partners and implementing changes based on their needs and preferences.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and professional image of DocuSign at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Planning And Operations, Preferably In A Partner Or Channel Management Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Gtm Strategies For Technology Partnerships.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
