  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth through partnerships.
  2. Create and execute go-to-market strategies to increase market share and revenue through partnerships.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership strategies.
  4. Manage and nurture relationships with partners, including identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any issues that may arise.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform partnership strategy development.
  6. Lead the development and execution of joint marketing programs and campaigns with partners.
  7. Monitor and track partnership performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
  8. Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
  9. Drive revenue growth through effective management of partner relationships and initiatives.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on go-to-market strategies and operations, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to partnership strategies and operations.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of partnership strategy and operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building and maintaining relationships with key partners and industry leaders.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Experience In Channel Sales And Partner Management: The Partner Gtm Strategy & Operations Director Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Channel Sales And Partner Management. This Includes Experience In Developing And Managing Strategic Partnerships, Driving Revenue Growth Through Partners, And Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Key Partners.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Leader In The Gtm Team, The Director Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Collaboration Skills. They Should Be Able To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Marketing, Product, And Finance, To Drive Alignment And Execution Of Gtm Strategies.

  • Analytical And Data-Driven Approach: This Role Requires A Data-Driven Mindset, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Draw Insights To Inform Gtm Strategies. The Director Should Be Comfortable Working With Data And Have Strong Analytical Skills To Make Informed Decisions And Drive Results.

  • Leadership And People Management Skills: The Partner Gtm Strategy & Operations Director Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Gtm Professionals. As Such, They Should Have Proven Leadership And People Management Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, Set Clear Goals And Expectations, And Drive A High-Performance Culture.
