  1. Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with current partners.
  2. Research potential new partners and provide recommendations for potential partnerships.
  3. Collaborate with the partner team to develop and implement strategies for expanding our partner ecosystem.
  4. Help organize and execute partner events and initiatives.
  5. Communicate with partners to provide updates on new product releases and features.
  6. Support the onboarding process for new partners.
  7. Track and report on key metrics and analytics related to partner performance.
  8. Conduct market research to identify potential areas for partnership growth.
  9. Assist in creating and updating partner training materials and resources.
  10. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving partner programs and initiatives.
  11. Act as a liaison between the partner team and other departments within the company.
  12. Assist with administrative tasks related to partner management, such as creating and updating partner profiles and contracts.
  13. Continuously learn about the latest industry trends and technologies related to digital transaction management and eSignature.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner-related projects and initiatives.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times while interacting with partners.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Intern In The Partner Ecosystem Team, You Will Be Expected To Communicate Effectively With Various Stakeholders, Including Partners, Vendors, And Internal Teams. This Role Requires Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Our Ecosystem.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Partner Ecosystem Intern, You Will Be Responsible For Managing Data, Tracking Partner Activities, And Providing Accurate Reports To The Team. Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure The Accuracy And Integrity Of Partner Information.

  • Ability To Multi-Task: The Partner Ecosystem Team Is Responsible For Managing Multiple Partnerships And Initiatives Simultaneously. The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Be Able To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively While Maintaining A High Level Of Quality And Attention To Detail.

  • Team Player: As An Intern, You Will Be Working Closely With The Partner Ecosystem Team And Other Cross-Functional Teams. We Are Looking For A Candidate Who Can Collaborate Effectively With Others, Contribute To Team Discussions, And Support Team Goals.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite: The Partner Ecosystem Team Relies Heavily On Tools Such As Excel, Powerpoint, And Word To Track And Analyze Data And Create Reports And Presentations. Proficiency In These Tools Is Essential To Be Successful In This Role.
