  4. Utilize knowledge of digital transaction management to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
  5. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges during the onboarding process.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the onboarding and support processes.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for DocuSign, promoting our services and values to clients.
  9. Document and report on client interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, sharing insights and ideas to improve processes and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Both German And English, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Onboard German-Speaking Clients.

  • Prior Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Consulting Or Onboarding Capacity.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Docusign Products And Services, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Onboard Clients On Their Usage.

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Build Rapport And Trust With Clients.

  • Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Onboarding Projects Simultaneously.
