  1. Lead the development and execution of our marketing technology strategy to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the MarTech landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and engineering to understand business needs and develop effective MarTech solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors to ensure our MarTech strategy aligns with their expectations.
  5. Drive the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for all MarTech initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new MarTech tools and platforms that can enhance our existing solutions.
  7. Define and track key performance metrics for all MarTech initiatives to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Manage and coach a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to drive their professional growth and development.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and capabilities to enhance our MarTech capabilities.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities for our MarTech solutions.
  11. Communicate and present updates on the MarTech strategy and initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  12. Ensure all MarTech solutions are user-friendly, scalable, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  13. Take ownership of budgeting and resource allocation for all MarTech projects.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the MarTech team.

Job Qualifications
