
Marketing Campaign Manager
The Marketing Campaigns Manager is a critical supporter of our demand generation program across the LATAM business. This role will be the connective tissue between marketing and the sales development team. Determine strategy, planning, management, and execution of outbound campaigns together with the sales development team. Define key sales stakeholders and develop a process for buy-in and expectation setting during planning stages, create calendars with clear deliverables for teams to ensure campaign success, communication frequency, and capture feedback. Develop framework and cadence for clear communication with sales and marketing leaders. Drive the campaign setup process and tracking to ensure effective performance reporting and contribution to pipeline. Ensure lead capture and upload process has appropriate routing rules.
5+ years of high-tech sales or marketing experience, preferably in a field facing role
Ability to work independently against tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions
Sales experience is a plus
