- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and expand the company's presence in the enterprise market.
- Manage and lead a team of Market Development Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize target accounts and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Understand and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and develop corresponding action plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in targeted accounts.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and overall performance.
- Monitor and track team's sales activities and results, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize team performance and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's values and mission at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Enterprise Sales Or Business Development
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Pipeline Of Enterprise Accounts
Strong Understanding Of Saas Industry And Experience Selling Software Solutions
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Decision Makers In Large Organizations.
