Job Description

Responsible for DocuSign’s Insight Infrastructure customer instances deployment, upgrades and migrations. This will be a core responsibility. Day to day execution of operational security tasks across multiple areas including threat and vulnerability management, Insight’s & IT incident response, security monitoring. Maintains operation, monitoring and integrity of production systems to meet Insight’s SLAs and KPIs. Interlock with DevOps, PS and Technical Support teams to support Provisioning and deployment efforts from a technical perspective. Monitor troubleshoots and report systems instability issues to the proper teams. Document complex procedures and complex troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware. Evaluates and recommends new technologies, optimize operational efficiency, and troubleshoot problems arising in the infrastructure platform environments. Participates in deployment of overall disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity strategy.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Linux System Engineer and/or Administration
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing cloud-based infrastructure
Knowledge of enterprise Database and High Availability related technologies
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a major cloud provider experience (GCP, Azure, and/or AWS)
