  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize and streamline technology and business operations within DocuSign.
  2. Oversee the implementation and integration of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and support business growth.
  3. Lead a team of technology and operations professionals, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and create solutions that meet those needs.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technology and operations to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  7. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of technology and business operations initiatives.
  8. Identify potential risks and issues in technology and business processes, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
  9. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and innovate processes and systems to enhance the overall performance of the organization.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Lead Technology & Business Operations Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Technology And Be Familiar With Various Business Systems And Operations. This Includes Experience With Software Development, Project Management, And It Infrastructure.

  • Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate Team Members. They Should Also Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Drive Results.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Lead Technology & Business Operations Position Requires The Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Long-Term Plans To Support The Growth And Success Of The Company. This Includes Identifying Areas For Improvement, Implementing New Technologies, And Streamlining Business Processes.

  • Business Acumen: This Role Requires A Strong Understanding Of Business Operations And The Ability To Align Technology Initiatives With Overall Business Goals. Candidates Should Have Experience In Budgeting, Forecasting, And Data Analysis To Make Informed Decisions And Drive Business Results.

  • Project Management Experience: The Lead Technology & Business Operations Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes Defining Project Scope, Setting Timelines, Managing Resources, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
