As the Lead Security Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our company's products, services, and data.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure the security of DocuSign's products, services, and data.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to the company's security.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address identified risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
  4. Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in security risk management and incorporate them into our risk management strategies.
  5. Create and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organization.
  6. Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on the company's risk profile and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure their security practices align with DocuSign's standards.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of security risk analysts to ensure the effective execution of risk management strategies.
  9. Participate in incident response activities and collaborate with the IT security team to address any security incidents.
  10. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements related to security are met.
  11. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on security risks and best practices.
  12. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay current on emerging security risks and share knowledge and best practices with the security community.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on security risk management for internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's security risk management program to ensure it aligns with the company's goals, objectives, and overall risk tolerance.
