- Develop and drive the product strategy and vision for our transaction products, including payment solutions, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to understand the payment and transaction landscape, including emerging trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, sales, and customer success to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customers, their pain points, and their needs to inform product decisions and drive customer-centric solutions.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback, and use data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
