  1. Develop and drive the product strategy and vision for our transaction products, including payment solutions, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to understand the payment and transaction landscape, including emerging trends and customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, sales, and customer success to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
  4. Lead and manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customers, their pain points, and their needs to inform product decisions and drive customer-centric solutions.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback, and use data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  7. Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
  8. Lead and inspire a team of product managers and cross-functional team members to achieve product goals and deliver results.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on payment and transaction products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our product offerings and thought leadership.
  12. Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and identify areas for product differentiation and innovation.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
  14. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for payment and transaction products.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in strategic planning and providing input on company-wide initiatives.
