- Develop and drive the product strategy for Data Onboarding, in alignment with the overall company vision and goals.
- Lead a team of product managers to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand the needs and pain points of the target market.
- Translate market insights into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Data Onboarding product, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve and iterate on the product.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy.
- Champion the product internally and externally, and act as a subject matter expert for Data Onboarding.
- Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and materials for the Data Onboarding product.
- Collaborate with customer success and support teams to gather and incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
- Ensure that the Data Onboarding product meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Continuously assess and improve the user experience of the product, ensuring that it meets the needs and expectations of our customers.
Extensive Experience In Data Onboarding: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Onboarding, Preferably In A Leadership Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Management Processes, Data Quality And Data Governance.
Strong Technical Background: The Lead Product Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Background With Experience In Data Integration, Data Mapping, Etl Processes, And Data Warehousing. They Should Also Be Familiar With Various Data Formats And Have Experience Working With Apis.
Excellent Project Management Skills: A Lead Product Manager Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills To Effectively Plan, Execute, And Monitor Data Onboarding Projects. They Should Be Able To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meet Project Deadlines, And Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And Be Able To Identify And Solve Complex Data Onboarding Challenges. They Should Have A Data-Driven Mindset And Be Able To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions.
