Lead Product Manager - AI Data

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of DocuSign's AI data initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to define product roadmap and goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends related to AI and data
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives and customer needs
- Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining project timelines and coordinating with engineering teams
- Monitor and track product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings
- Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, on a regular basis
- Mentor and support junior product team members, providing guidance and coaching as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and developments in AI and data management to continuously improve DocuSign's product offerings.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Lead Product Manager For Ai Data At Docusign Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Ai-Based Products.
Strong Understanding Of Ai And Data Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Ai And Data Analytics, Including Machine Learning Algorithms, Natural Language Processing, And Data Modeling. They Should Also Be Familiar With Current Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Lead Product Manager, This Role Will Require Strong Communication And Leadership Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Product Strategy. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Technical Expertise: A Strong Understanding Of Technology And Its Applications Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Background In Computer Science Or A Related Field And Be Comfortable Working With Technical Teams To Drive Product Development.
