  1. Develop and implement strategic campaigns to drive traffic and conversions through search engine optimization and marketing.
  2. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to inform SEO and SEM strategies.
  3. Optimize website content and landing pages for improved search engine rankings and user experience.
  4. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to improve SEO/SEM efforts.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO/SEM trends and best practices and implement them to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and design, to ensure SEO/SEM strategies align with overall marketing goals.
  7. Track and report on key performance indicators, including traffic, conversions, and ROI, to assess the effectiveness of SEO/SEM efforts.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may impact SEO/SEM performance.
  9. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive targeted and cost-effective traffic.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as search engines and agencies, to maximize SEO/SEM efforts.
  11. Train and educate team members on SEO/SEM best practices and provide guidance and support.
  12. Stay updated on industry changes and updates related to search engines and algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
  13. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform SEO/SEM strategies.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute an overall marketing plan that includes SEO/SEM efforts.
  15. Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  16. Identify and implement innovative strategies and tactics to improve SEO/SEM performance and drive business growth.
  17. Ensure all SEO/SEM efforts are compliant with industry regulations and best practices.
  18. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve business goals.
  19. Act as a subject matter expert on SEO/SEM and provide guidance and support to the broader marketing team.
