Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of integrations between DocuSign and various enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for integration improvement.
Develop and maintain integration documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
Ensure that all integrations are developed and tested in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the integration process.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior integration engineers on integration best practices and techniques.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in integration technology and tools.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Integration Cloud Service and provide recommendations for its effective use within the organization.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of integration projects.
Continuously strive to improve integration processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on integration projects.
Lead and participate in integration testing and provide recommendations for improvements.
Ensure that all integrations are developed with security and data privacy in mind.
Act as a point of contact for any integration-related inquiries or issues from internal teams or external partners.
Monitor and track integration performance and provide regular reports to management.
Uphold and promote high standards of quality and professionalism in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Expertise In Oracle Integration Cloud Service: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Oracle Integration Cloud Service (Ics) And Its Various Components, Including Adapters, Connections, And Integrations.
Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Integrations: The Lead Integration Engineer Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Integrations Using Oracle Ics, With A Focus On Scalability, Performance, And Reliability.
Proficiency In Java And Other Relevant Programming Languages: A Solid Understanding Of Java And Other Relevant Programming Languages Is Essential For This Role, As The Lead Integration Engineer Will Be Responsible For Developing Custom Code And Scripts To Support Integration Workflows.
Project Management And Team Leadership Skills: As A Lead Role, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Project Management And Team Leadership Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders, Delegate Tasks, And Manage Timelines To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
Knowledge Of Docusign And Other Related Technologies: While Not A Requirement, Experience With Docusign And Other Related Technologies Such As Salesforce And Microsoft Dynamics Crm Would Be Highly Beneficial For This Role. This Knowledge Will Enable The Lead Integration Engineer To Design And Implement Integrations That Meet The Specific Needs Of Docusign's Business Processes.
