Lead the development and implementation of the Orchestration AI product, working closely with our team of software engineers.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality and user-friendly frontend solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements to the Orchestration AI product.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in frontend development to continuously improve the product.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior frontend engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met, promoting a robust and scalable product.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain product stability and performance.
Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and DevOps, to ensure smooth and efficient product releases.
Act as a subject matter expert on frontend development and provide input on technical decisions and roadmaps.
Continuously monitor and improve the user experience of the Orchestration AI product, with a focus on usability and accessibility.
Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, including upper management.
Represent DocuSign as a thought leader in frontend development, attending conferences and networking events to promote our brand and products.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and data privacy standards, to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our products and customers' data.

Job Qualifications

Understanding Of Orchestration Ai: Docusign's Orchestration Ai Is A Complex System That Automates Document Workflows Using Ai And Machine Learning. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of This Platform And How To Integrate It Into Frontend Applications.
Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Abilities: As A Lead Frontend Software Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Designing And Implementing Innovative Solutions To Complex Problems.
