- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights related to customer engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the customer lifecycle journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology and tools to track, measure, and report on key metrics and KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization in customer communications to drive engagement and retention.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts on the team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure data integrity and accuracy in all marketing campaigns.
- Continuously analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve overall customer experience and retention.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to upper management in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the development and implementation of new tools and technology to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with external partners to gather and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through your expertise in data analysis and lifecycle marketing.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Marketing Role, With At Least 2 Years In Lifecycle Marketing.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Executing Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Lead A Team.
