  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights related to customer engagement and retention.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the customer lifecycle journey.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  4. Utilize cutting-edge technology and tools to track, measure, and report on key metrics and KPIs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and data analysis.
  7. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders.
  8. Identify opportunities for segmentation and personalization in customer communications to drive engagement and retention.
  9. Lead and mentor junior analysts on the team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  10. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure data integrity and accuracy in all marketing campaigns.
  11. Continuously analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve overall customer experience and retention.
  12. Communicate findings and recommendations to upper management in a clear and concise manner.
  13. Support the development and implementation of new tools and technology to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  14. Collaborate with external partners to gather and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through your expertise in data analysis and lifecycle marketing.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making.
