As the Global Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Director at DocuSign, you will lead the SEO strategy and execution for the company. This is a critical role in driving DocuSign's global digital presence and visibility. We are looking for a seasoned SEO professional with a deep understanding of the search engine optimization landscape, a deep understanding of current trends and technologies, and a proven track record of driving tangible results.To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, as well as 8+ years of SEO experience. You must also be comfortable with data-driven decision making, as well as have a strong understanding of web analytics platforms. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive global SEO strategy to drive DocuSign’s digital presence and visibility.
Utilize data-driven decision-making to measure and analyze SEO performance and ROI.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful SEO execution.
Monitor industry trends and technologies to ensure DocuSign’s SEO strategy remains competitive.
Implement SEO best practices and ensure website compliance with all major search engines.
Optimize website content and other digital assets to improve organic search rankings.
Create reports and presentations to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage and mentor team members, including setting goals, providing feedback, and offering guidance.
